Job Description

We are looking for a motivated, PART-TIME intern, to service the Greater Los Angeles commercial real estate market. Analysts interact and work alongside not only the full-time Analysts, but also the leasing and tenant representation brokers while being immersed in our firm’s unique culture.  

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES  •    Attain knowledge in understanding the full spectrum of responsibilities and day-to-day tasks involved with project leasing and tenant representation  •    Provide analytical and marketing support to the team  •    Strive to become an expert on market / submarket    •    Assist with market surveys, land and amenity maps, competitive sets, lease abstracts, and prospect reports •    Participate in property tours and stacking plans for properties  •    Coordinate tour packets and sales pitch materials •    Assist with special projects as needed throughout duration of internship •    Network with real estate professionals

Qualifications

•    Obtaining an undergraduate degree  •    Able to work during the school year •    Interest in the commercial real estate industry •    Previous internship experience a plus  •    Involvement on campus  •    Basic knowledge or understanding of finance   •    Strong interpersonal skills  •    Strong written and verbal communication skills  •    Proficient with MS Office  •    Proficient with MS Excel
