    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    We are looking for a talented NATIONAL MARKETING COORDINATOR to provide marketing and project management support to help us evolve our marketing efforts. This role is an extraordinary opportunity for that individual who is looking to make an immediate impact and build a meaningful career within the commercial real estate business. The National Marketing Coordinator plays a crucial role in providing both strategic, management, and tactical support across a full spectrum of marketing functions, departments, and services.  

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Supports the marketing and positioning of Stream’s Property Management Services, Recruiting, and Human Resources departments—creating a wide variety of sanctioned positioning and marketing materials, managing social media efforts, and helping with communications.
    • Helps support Stream’s National Marketing team Directors in the areas of: PR, communications, social media, design support, events, content creation, and marketing operations.
    • Interfaces with other marketing team members at the national and local level, sales professionals, and other support staff on marketing initiatives and projects.
    • Gathers the necessary information to complete marketing tasks.
    • Independently and/or collaboratively with other team members, determines the appropriate methodology in creating marketing and presentation materials.
    • May coordinate with third-party vendors providing the necessary project management or materials to complete projects.

    REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS

    • Ability to learn/understand the complexities and strategic priorities of the business to adapt marketing tools accordingly
    • Ability to motivate, influence and negotiate effectively with key employees, top management, and internal client groups to take desired action
    • Ability to mitigate and resolve conflicts
    • Ability to innovate and impact positive change
    • Must be able to manage multiple projects at once and be given a variety of tasks and determine a priority and delegate appropriately
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
    • Ability to analyze and interpret complex business documents
    • Ability to engage others in the gathering and analysis of information then make recommendations that have a direct impact on the company
    • Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university
    • Minimum of eight years of related experience and/or training
    • Position can be based in any of our Stream offices
