Job Description
_ POSITION OVERVIEW:_
Under general direction, the Building Operations Manager (Chief Engineer) supervises and directs the maintenance, repairs, and alterations of buildings and equipment; plans and schedules work projects; administers various service contracts; provides technical assistance; and performs other related duties as required. The role is responsible for the planning implementation, coordination, and supervision of all mechanical operations, maintenance, communications, energy management, and manpower development programs for assigned commercial properties.
