    We are looking for driven professionals to join our team as In-Home Sales Consultants. While experience in the home improvement industry is beneficial, it is not requiredwe welcome motivated individuals from various sales backgrounds. Our training program will equip you with the necessary knowledge to succeed. Candidates must be presentable, have reliable transportation, and possess the ability to close sales efficiently.

    Required Qualifications
    Experience:

    • Some experience in the home improvement industry is preferred but not required.
    • Proven sales history with a successful track record.

    • Personable, adaptable, and organized with strong follow-up skills.
    • Punctuality: Being on time and reliable.
    • Learning Ability: Capable of learning our companys products and promoting them effectively in a reasonable amount of time.
    • Entrepreneurial Spirit: Ability to cultivate their own leads and bring in their own work, leveraging community and personal networks.

    **Responsibilities
    ** As an In-Home Sales Consultant at Streamline Enterprises, you will:

    • Attend Daily Meetings: Join daily meetings/training at 9 AM (Monday-Thursday) in the conference room to review leads, turn in sold jobs, and receive training.
    • Conduct Consultations: Perform in-home consultations at 11:00 AM, 1:30 PM, and 4:00 PM (Monday-Friday). Fridays are flexible and do not require meetings.
    • Needs Assessments: Conduct needs assessments, roof inspections (including getting on a walkable roof and attic inspections to check for necessary insulation), and evaluate the need for gutters, windows, and doors.
    • Use Pre-Made Pitch Books: Utilize pre-made pitch books specific to each service category (roofing, gutters, insulation, windows, and doors) to present to clients.
    • Follow Up on Leads: Follow up on leads provided by the company, perform digital contract signing, and create digital work orders.
    • Maintain Communication: Maintain communication and coordination through a CRM system, receiving leads based on qualifications and skill level.
