    JOB SUMMARY:

    The Operations Engineering Position will be located in the Streamline Innovations corporate office in San Antonio, TX. The Operations Engineer will report the Senior Operations Engineer and will be responsible for maximizing the operating efficiency of all the H2S Gas Treatment units, while maintaining a high focus on safety, timely project execution, and client relations.

    REQUIREMENTS

    JOB DUTIES:

    • Drive safety initiatives. Must be very safety oriented and proactive in risk identification and mitigation
    • Develop towards a subject matter expert in the H2S treatment processes and technology, with a proficient understanding of the various process units.
    • Identify process optimization opportunities across various unit operations
    • Utilize focused Design of Experiments to develop and implement testing for the purpose of driving process efficiency gains and reducing costs.
    • Support current Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and champion additional KPIs as needed
    • Train operations team members in process optimization, quality control, and maintaining Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) at target levels
    • Analyze process data, develop conclusions, and communicate recommendations to the engineering team
    • Manage engineering projects and lead team members towards a common goal with a timely execution, both in the field and remotely
    • Client interaction (reports)
    • Highly collaborative approach with engineering team to help define future unit design and control.
    • Write, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Training Manuals, and Control Narratives
    • Use appropriate quality management techniques to ensure a high level of learning and development.
    • On call support for field operations and ability to direct Central Remote-Control Room operations
    • Ability to travel to the field (25% Travel)
