THE OPPORTUNITY
Streamline Services is hiring for a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform routine preventative service, HVAC inspections, and duct cleaning for our residential clients' heating and air equipment in the Triangle area. Are you a customer service rockstar? Have you always wanted a position with the growth potential to become an HVAC maintenance technician? If you answered "Yes" to either of these questions, we want to meet you.
THE RESPONSIBILITIES
· Conduct maintenance inspections for Family Care Plan members
· Perform light maintenance on HVAC systems (clean coils, etc)
· Clean Air Ducts in our customers' home
· Provide 5-star customer service every day
· Bring a great attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
· Take pride in the quality of work you create
· Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams
· Keep your company truck clean and inventory ready
· Properly complete paperwork
· Maintain a clean and professional appearance
· Have and maintain a clean driving record
· Participate in training to grow and develop as a professional
· Have or be willing to get the proper certifications. We can help you with this.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
· 6 months HVAC experience
· Associates Degree in HVAC (desired)
· EPA Certification (desired, but will help ideal candidate attain if necessary)
· Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
· Dependable and Dedicated
· Positive outlook regardless of the challenge
· Eager to Learn something new every day
