Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Install Helper proficient in the Installation of HVAC Units and other equipment to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and at least one year of experience as a helper. This position requires working closely with our install team lead to ensure the successful completion of HVAC projects. As an HVAC Install Helper at Streamline Services, you will have access to ongoing training, coaching, career development opportunities, and a supportive work environment that values teamwork and our employees.

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior technicians during HVAC unit installations, including handling tools, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare work areas and ensure cleanliness and organization.
• Lift and carry heavy equipment/components following proper safety protocols.
• Install HVAC system components and connect systems as per specifications.
• Test newly installed systems and assist in troubleshooting.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
• Learn and develop skills related to HVAC installation.
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential HVAC installations
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of industry best practices
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
