A true professional that brings solutions, is self-directed, learning-based with a proactive positive mindset.  Responsibilities: OFFICE MANAGEMENT: • Create, maintain, and update an Operations Manual documenting all systems and standards • Manage both the CEO’s and the team’s calendar • Maintain a database of team member contact information, teamwork anniversary dates, and birthdates • Answer all inquiries forwarded from the CEO with questions from other agents, teams, customers, etc. Plan/schedule and assist the CEO in running any team meetings • Create agendas and record minutes for all team meetings when required • Keep the lead agent informed regarding any problems and issues that need to be handled • Help manage and improve all Lead Generation and Operations Systems • Leading administrative team members and sales team members (as appropriate to team structure) • Handle all reporting for ISA’s and Agents • Create, manage, and update the team Google Business Page • Create, manage, and update the team's Google Site with all guides/materials the team needs to access. Organize, manage, and update the Google Drive • Database management- continual cleanup and deletion of dead clients/contacts - manage Brivity VA as appropriate • Troubleshoot all team technology issues • Work with the CEO to plan Team Expansion and establish/implement best practices of an A+ Admin division • Monitor the team’s weekly, monthly and yearly goals • Update and maintain all client records in the database • Update team job descriptions annually to reflect changes in responsibility, skill refinement, and specialization • Bookkeeping (A/R and A/P) including maintaining the books, paying the bills, handling payroll, ensuring the collection of commissions, maintaining the budget, and generating financial reports • Home anniversary and client gift management MARKETING: • Event coordination and point person for team events • Make updates to the Street Property Team website and other team-related sites as needed • Maintain all vendor and service provider files • Help organize, plan and execute team giveaways • Handle all social media accounts and company marketing LISTING/BUYER TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT: • Perform all pre-listing admin responsibilities - appointment set to active on the market • Perform all closed listing responsibilities - closing to post-close management • Perform all new buyer admin responsibilities - buyer appointment to offer accepted TRAINING/ONBOARDING: • Assist CEO in searching for and hiring new team members • Handle onboarding of all new hires • Schedule training for all new hires • Make sure all new employee contracts are signed and stored properly in the Drive • Responsible for hiring, training, consulting and holding accountable all additional administrative team members Qualifications: • Real Estate Experience preferred • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Marketing skills - social media, print, and web-based using Photoshop, Publisher, Corefact, and more • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities • Bookkeeping skills - skilled with excel • Great ability to focus • Concerned about doing things the right way • Calm under pressure • Learning-based • Service-based attitude • Proven ability to succeed • Willingness to obtain a license Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000
