Job Title: Street Sweeper Driver

Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overtime Available)

Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Street Sweeper Driver to join our team in Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will operate and maintain a street sweeping vehicle to ensure roads, highways, and job sites are clean, safe, and compliant with local and state regulations. This position offers consistent overnight work and opportunities for overtime.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate street sweeping equipment on assigned routes, highways, and construction zones.

• Inspect and maintain the sweeper vehicle before and after each shift (fueling, fluid levels, tire checks, etc.).

• Safely navigate heavy traffic and construction areas while maintaining awareness of surroundings.

• Report mechanical issues or maintenance needs promptly to the supervisor.

• Complete daily logs, route sheets, and pre/post-trip inspection forms.

• Follow all safety policies, traffic laws, and company procedures.

• Perform minor cleaning and maintenance of equipment as needed.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, supervisors, and crew members.

Qualifications

• Valid Drivers License

• Clean driving record with no recent major violations.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.

• Previous experience operating street sweepers, vacuum trucks, or heavy equipment preferred.

• Ability to work overnight hours and occasional weekends or holidays if required.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
