Responsibilities:

Engage with our established customer base to promote and sell our range of high-quality tools.

Travel within the designated territory to visit customers at their locations (shops, garages, etc.).

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing exceptional service and support.

Demonstrate product features and benefits, emphasizing how they meet the customers' needs.

Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned customer base.

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators.

Keep abreast of industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings.

Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, customer feedback, and market insights to the management team.

Collaborate with the internal team to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Proven sales experience, preferably in the tools or related industry.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with customers at various levels.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales and overcome objections.

Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to achieving targets.

Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Availability M-F 8am - 5pm (excluding major holidays)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of tools and their applications in automotive, construction, or related industries.

Familiarity with the local market and customer base in the designated territory.

Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems or sales tracking software.
