Responsibilities: • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team • Answer incoming calls on product and service questions, customer complaints, and general customer inquiries • Ensure customer account information is up-to-date • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information. • Explain rental responsibilities, if necessary. • Ensure the newest service and product knowledge Qualifications: • High school diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent • Experience working in a customer-oriented atmosphere • Must possess exemplary interpersonal skills, communication skills, and active listening skills Compensation: $11 per hour
