Responsibilities: • Maintain various programs including recruiting, hiring, promotion, and termination processes • Onboard new employees • Ensure accurate payroll processing for hourly, salary and commission employees • Accounting for employee pay and benefits • Oversee employee records management and HRIS maintenance • Employee relations • Benefits administration • Reconcile monthly employee benefit invoices and payroll schedules • Implement HR policies and procedures that comply with labor laws and regulations Qualifications: • Accounting background is highly preferred • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills • Exceptional communication skills • Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office applications • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information with discretion • Must be able to work on-site at the dealership. This is NOT a remote position • Ability to pass a drug screening Compensation: $21 - $25 hourly
