    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    As an early stage company, we are looking for key individuals who can help us grow this exciting and revolutionary technology services company.  We are adding a CUSTOMER IMPLEMENTATION SPECIALIST to our team and are looking for someone who highly values customer relationships, has an understanding of technology, and is passionate about helping customers apply new technology to enhance their competitive edge in today's market.  They also thrive in high-growth environments with the ability to make an impact.

    When you become a Customer Implementation Specialist at StreetMetrics, you will be responsible for integrating our data analytics package with transit-out-of-home media companies and for agencies who incorporate out-of-home advertising in their media plans.  You will work with transit out-of-home customers to help them understand this new technology so they can better plan, price, and measure the effectiveness of their advertising sales and with advertising agencies so they can get the most out of OOH placement in their media plans.

    The customer implementation function is key for bringing new customers into the StreetMetrics system.  You will work closely with sales to integrate customers into our technology platform and help to instruct customers on how to utilize our software.  Your ability to make the customer implementation effort successful, is paramount to maximizing customer lifetime value.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES, AND EXPECTATIONS:

    • Integrate our customers into the StreetMetrics software platform;
    • Provide training and support to our customers as they utilize our technology platform to ensure their satisfaction with our system and system deliverables;
    • Work with our customers to help them understand our suite of tools and apply the new intelligence to help them plan, price and measure results;
    • Provide training and support to the StreetMetrics sales team as they interact with customers related to account and retention issues;
    • Take initiative and work closely with the staff at StreetMetrics to deliver the ideal experience through the customers' lifecycle;
    • Quickly absorb new information and apply it as products and processes evolve;
    • Help develop and document the implementation process;
    • Be accountable to both our customers and the StreetMetrics team;
    • Think for yourself, make decisions quickly and act innovatively;
    • Approach work analytically with good decision making and problem-solving skills;
    • Demonstrate a high level of poise and integrity; always reflecting the high values of StreetMetrics;
    • Strong time management skills;
    • Complete all administrative tasks and duties in a timely manner;
    • Travel for customer meetings, as necessary;
    • Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the manager's discretion

    JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

    EDUCATION - Bachelor's degree is a plus; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

    EXPERIENCE/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE –

    • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a customer success or similar position;
    • Competent with GIS data, Postgres, REST APIs, Node.js, TypeScript;
    • Familiarity with PostGIS, a plus;
    • Competent with typical word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation software; and comfortable navigating cloud storage such as Dropbox or Google Cloud;
    • Understanding the nuances of transit out-of-home media, a plus;
    • Proven ability to communicate, educate, and convey value in both written and oral forms;
