Burn It Build It Fitness is a strength-based training studio that helps people get stronger, move better, and live healthier lives. We're looking for an energetic Strength Coach & Personal Trainer to lead group training sessions, coach private clients, and help members achieve meaningful, lasting results through expert coaching, accountability, and relationship-building. Responsibilities: Group Coaching • Lead high-energy, strength-focused group training sessions that are safe, engaging, and results-driven. • Coach proper exercise technique, movement quality, and workout execution while providing modifications when needed. • Create a positive training environment that motivates members, builds confidence, and strengthens community. Personal Training • Deliver personalized one-on-one coaching designed around each client's goals, abilities, and lifestyle. • Develop individualized training programs and monitor progress to ensure continued results. • Build lasting client relationships through accountability, education, and ongoing support. Nutrition & Accountability • Provide nutrition coaching and healthy lifestyle guidance to help clients maximize their results. • Conduct regular accountability sessions and progress reviews to keep clients engaged and on track. • Educate clients on the importance of nutrition, recovery, and consistency for long-term success. Sales & Member Success • Conduct fitness consultations and help prospective members identify the best solutions for their goals. • Generate and grow personal training, nutrition, and recovery service revenue through relationship-based recommendations. Qualifications: • Passion for strength training, coaching, and helping others succeed. • Strong communication and relationship-building skills. • Comfortable leading groups, conducting consultations, and building client relationships. • Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn. • Sales, customer service, coaching, or fitness industry experience preferred. • Personal training certification or the ability to obtain one. • A degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field is a plus. Compensation: $40,000–$75,000 (base pay + personal training commissions + bonuses)
