Strength & Conditioning Coach – D1 Training
D1 Training is one of the fastest-growing fitness franchises in the U.S., and we’re looking for a high-energy Strength & Conditioning Coach to join our world-class team. From youth athletes to adults, you’ll coach individuals of all levels—helping them reach their goals and dominate on and off the field.
If you're not excited to train athletes of all ages (7–60) in both group and 1-on-1 formats, this isn’t the role for you.

Coach Group & Personal Training Sessions
Lead adult and youth classes with high energy, structure, and safety
Deliver 1-on-1 training programs tailored to client goals
Ensure every session is fun, motivating, and impactful
Client Development
Follow up with leads and support new members through onboarding
Upsell personal training or specialty programs where applicable
Provide an elite experience that drives client results, retention, and referrals
Community Outreach
Build relationships with local schools, sports teams, and businesses
Represent D1 at events and clinics to promote programs and generate leads
Develop outreach plans to grow your client base and D1’s local impact
What a Day Looks Like:
Arrive Early: Prep the space, review your schedule, and connect with your team
Lead Classes: Deliver high-quality coaching to adult or scholastic groups (ages 7–60)
1-on-1 Clients: Train a mix of youth and adult athletes with customized programs
Engage Leads: Call/text prospective clients, confirm appointments, and promote upcoming sessions
Wrap Up: Track performance metrics, celebrate wins, and prep for tomorrow

Requirements:
2+ years of coaching experience preferred
Strong background in strength and conditioning
Confident in programming for various age groups and skill levels
Positive attitude, professionalism, and a growth mindset
Comfortable with outreach, networking, and basic sales
Compensation:
Competitive hourly rate ($18-$35/hr)
