Process Development for all Cosmetic products in compliance with the Quality System. This position works as liaison between R&D and Compounding.
TASKS:
·Bringing together all the technical data regarding the project. Working directly with R&D and Compounding Manager.
·Selecting the best approach for the successful outcome of the project based on the experience and the expert's advice.
·Planning, Scheduling and carrying on the necessary tests to obtain a result reproducible coming up to quality expectations. This include pilot batching and scaling qualities.
·Analyzing experimental results and working together with the experts (R&D) to redirect the project, if necessary.
·Writing the synthesis documents (SP) to enable the factory and/or subcontractor to adjust an industrial manufacturing process.
·Supporting the implementation of the project. Correcting existing legacy trouble products as it relates to analysis and batch cycle times.
·Establish contacts regularly with stake holders (R&I, Development and factories) and share the progress and development of NPD projects.
·Participating in the upkeep of Compounding as it relates to Compounding equipment and Quality system with best practices in terms of Quality, Safety and Environment as primary areas of concern.
·Provide technical advisory role to Plants Process expertise in preparing root cause analyses for any non-conformities observed.
·Observe Good manufacturing practices.

REQUIREMENTS:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering related.
· 1 - 5 years’ work of manufacturing or laboratory experience in cosmetic/Food/ or Pharmacy area of Formulation or Processing expertise.
· Good communication and networking skill.
