    Innovative Health Fitness is excited to introduce our new stretch program, Innov8 Elong8! This program offers fully assisted stretch sessions designed to help clients improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension, prevent injuries, and enhance overall well-being. We are seeking dedicated, enthusiastic full-time Stretch Practitioners to deliver exceptional one-on-one services. In addition to assisted stretch sessions, practitioners may also provide Personal Training or Aqua Training. As a Stretch Practitioner, you will: • Work closely with members to deliver personalized 30 or 60-minute assisted stretch sessions. • Use a combination of stretching techniques and myofascial release methods. • Support clients’ physical and mental wellness in a positive, professional, and encouraging environment. Responsibilities: • Deliver safe, effective, and customized assisted stretch sessions for clients (30 or 60 minutes). • Perform myofascial release techniques to help clients achieve deeper and more effective stretches. • Conduct initial consultations to assess clients’ flexibility, pain points, and wellness goals. • Develop tailored stretch programs based on clients’ needs, fitness levels, and goals. • Educate clients on the benefits of assisted stretching, including injury prevention, range of motion improvement, and pain reduction. • Monitor and document clients’ progress over time to showcase measurable improvements. • Work collaboratively with IHF’s Personal Training and Physical Therapy teams to ensure a holistic approach to client wellness. • Provide exceptional customer service to maintain strong relationships with clients and encourage repeat visits. • Proactively promote the Innov8 & Elong8 program to prospective clients and engage in outreach activities as needed. • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional environment in the stretching area. Qualifications: • Stretching and Flexibility Coach Certification (NASM or equivalent certification) required. • Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ACE, ISSA, or equivalent) preferred. • Experience in assisted stretching, flexibility training, or related fields (preferred). • Knowledge of myofascial release techniques or a willingness to learn. • Strong understanding of anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with clients. • Ability to tailor programs to diverse fitness levels, ages, and client needs. • Passion for health, wellness, and helping others achieve their goals. • Team player mindset with a proactive and professional attitude. Compensation: $70 an hour potential
