Job Title: Stretch Practitioner Location: Vero Beach, FL
About the Role
We are seeking an energetic and professional Stretch Practitioner to join our team. In this role, you will deliver one-on-one practitioner-assisted stretching sessions designed to help clients improve their overall health and wellness. The benefits of stretching include increased flexibility, improves posture, enhances blood flow, supports balance, boosts athletic performance, relieves muscle tension, eases chronic aches, aids in post-exercise recovery, enhances mood and supports joint health. Your role can grow with additional income into a Sales Associate or General Manager position.
Compensation & Benefits
$20.00-25.00 per-stretch hour.
Flexible part-time to full-time schedule.

Qualifications
Background in exercise science, personal training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or related field preferred, but not necessary.
Passion for health and wellness.
Desire to help others achieve their lifestyle goals.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow structured protocols while adapting to client needs.
Professional, reliable, and customer-focused attitude.
Ability to work with a flexible schedule. Some evenings and Saturdays may possibly be needed. We will work with your schedule.
Applicant required to complete and pass Stretch Zone certification training.
Stretch Zone Practitioner Training and Certification
Stretch Zone provides a Stretch Practitioner training program. It’s the only nationally accredited practitioner-assisted stretching certification.
Participate in 30+ hour interactive virtual training program. There you will learn all about the benefits of practitioner assisted stretching, the methodologies, and how to properly execute stretching techniques equipping you with valuable, marketable skills in the health and wellness field.
After your interactive learning, you will attend 2 days of comprehensive, hands-on training with a Master Practitioner at corporate headquarters in Fort Lauderdale.
Passing the training and certification program will enhance your professional credentials and equip you with valuable, marketable skills in the health and wellness field.
Responsibilities
Deliver individualized stretching sessions to members in alignment with your Stretch Zone Certification.
Accurately assess members' needs to determine correct protocols.
Follow established stretching protocols and company procedures.
Educate clients on the benefits of regular stretching and answer questions about the process.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of your table.
Regularly assist in contacting members and prospects.
Help support the operation of the studio.
