Stretch Zone Palm Coast is seeking a Stretch Practitioner with a background in kinesiology, exercise science, athletic training, health science, or fitness, and prior customer service or sales experience.

This role blends assisted stretching, client education, and consultative sales, making it ideal for fitness professionals and recent graduates who enjoy working with people and earning based on performance.

What You’ll Do

Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions

Apply anatomy and physiology knowledge in client education

Build long-term client relationships and improve retention

Participate in relationship-based, consultative sales conversations

Provide excellent customer service in a professional wellness environment

Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming studio

What We’re Looking For

Degree or coursework in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Health Science, Athletic Training, or related field

College-level Anatomy and Physiology

Prior sales experience or customer service experience (required)

Strong communication skills and professional presence

Comfortable discussing pricing, memberships, and programs

Experience in fitness, personal training, athletics, or sports performance is a plus

Schedule Requirements

Weekday afternoons and evenings

Weekend - Sunday preferred - mornings and early afternoons

Schedule will start part time, with opportunity to become full time

Initial 1-week paid certification training will require a minimum two weekdays
