Peake Movement is the assisted stretching and recovery division of Peake Physical Therapy. We deliver high-level 1:1 stretch sessions, guided mobility training, and an experience that keeps clients coming back because they feel the difference. We are relaunching the program with a focus on quality, professionalism, and meaningful growth—and we’re looking for the right person to help build it.

Role Overview

We’re seeking a Stretch Therapist who can both deliver exceptional stretch sessions and run the day-to-day operations of the program. This is a hybrid role combining hands-on client care with leadership, marketing, and basic business operations. Part to full time.

Key Responsibilities

Client Care

Deliver high-quality assisted stretch sessions and guided mobility training

Assess client needs and build customized session plans

Rebook clients and guide them into appropriate membership plans

Maintain professional communication and client rapport

Program Management

Make outbound calls to warm leads

Follow up with clients to rebook or maintain continuity

Manage the calendar and session flow

Track weekly KPIs (calls, bookings, visits/week, revenue)

Assist with in-house marketing and simple community outreach

Maintain a clean, professional treatment environment

Qualifications

Required:

Background in exercise science, kinesiology, PT/PTA student or graduate, massage therapy, yoga/pilates instruction, personal training, or similar

Strong communication skills

Reliability and professionalism

Ability to provide high-quality customer experience

Preferred:

Experience with assisted stretching, mobility training, or manual techniques

Sales experience or comfort with rebooking and membership conversations

Interest in growing into a leadership role
