Stretch Zone Office Administrative Assistant
Overview:
Stretch Zone is looking to hire an Office Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for providing support to the Corporate team. We are looking for a multi-tasker with an upbeat attitude, excellent communication skills and ability to work under pressure. Candidates should be able to assist management and all visitors to the company by handling office tasks, providing appropriate and professional assistance, making reservations, travel arrangements, organizing contracts and generally being a helpful and positive presence in the workplace.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, secretary, virtual assistant or office administrative assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Great organization and interpersonal skills
Proficient computer skills, including Office 365
Fast, accurate typing including strong word processing and spelling/grammar/proofreading skills
Flexibility to adapt to continually changing workload priorities
Ability to work well under pressure and effectively manage multiple tasks
Professional and proactive work ethic
Ability to work independently and part of a team
Attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Education: High School Degree required
Responsibilities:
Demonstrate a friendly and positive team attitude
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate party
Book travel arrangements
Submit and reconcile expense reports
Handle office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up meetings, reordering supplies
Providing real-time scheduling support by booking meetings and preventing conflicts
Greet and assist visitors
Scanning documents into online repository
Maintaining online repository to make sure it is current and up to date
Assist with franchisee contract document organization
Miscellaneous responsibilities that may come up throughout the workday
Pay: $12-$15/hr
