~$20/hour + commission

We are looking for driven and hardworking individuals to join our team. Stretch Zone is the pioneer in practitioner-assisted stretching. Our locations span across the country and we continue to grow every day. We are seeking out individuals versed in sales with a management background. If selected the applicant must be able to complete two weeks of training where they will learn our modalities as well as how to manage a location. The AGM will shadow the general manager and compliment the GM's working schedule.

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities

Energetic, forward-thinking, and creative problem solver with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image.

Knowledge of financial models and budget preparation

Well organized and self-directed team player

A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor

Detail-oriented individual who is committed to developing people

Strategic contributor in long and short-range strategic planning.

Effective listening skills are necessary to elicit options and ideas in support of team relationship Excellent verbal and written communication skills
