We are looking for a pleasant individual who enjoys talking and interacting with people. This individual will be responsible for welcoming clients entering the store. The Client Relationship Manager (CRM) will undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our main entrance. You will be the “face” of the company for all visitors and are responsible for the first impression we will make. The Client Relationship Manager must enjoy being on the phone while making calls confirming appointments, following up with clients, and staying in touch with all of our clients to provide the best customer experience possible.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. Competence in dealing with complaints and giving information on what Stretch Zone does are essential. The goal is to make clients and and prospects feel valued and comfortable while on our premises so as to contribute to an overall great experience with our business.
