OVERVIEW

Stretch Zone is a pioneer in the health and wellness segment of Practitioner Assisted Stretching. With over 300 studios open nation-wide, we are the fastest growing and largest service provider in the industry. As a key team member of Stretch Zone Franchising, the Store Opening Specialist is responsible for:

Following an established and proven process to support and oversee new studio openings

Establishing and maintaining a project plan with meaningful timelines and check points

Close coordination with all approved vendors during the opening process

Hands on involvement with franchisees to ensure stores are opened effectively and efficiently.

Tracking and forecasting of store open dates

Attending project team meetings and providing necessary updates and reporting

Maintaining personal organization to ensure effectiveness

Ensuring alignment with other initiatives within functional sub-teams/areas

EDUCATION

Associate's Degree or above

Highly developed written and verbal communications skills in English

WORK EXPERIENCE

Knowledge and experience in coordinating projects

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience within operations

Previous working experience in cross-functional teams
