A Master Practitioner’s role is to provide exceptional trainings and customer service to support the franchise system. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include: • Highest quality training courses • Traveling to remote sites for store openings and training courses • Maintain a personal commitment to meeting the needs of our clients • Contribute to a TEAM environment • Have a strong commitment to Stretch Zone hospitality, culture, and methodology Ideal Candidates are to have a background in anatomy and physiology, as well as teaching and coaching experience.Anatomy and physiology can include degrees in Exercise Science, Health Sciences, Personal Training Certifications, Licensed Massage Therapist, Physical Therapy Assistants, and more. Teaching and Coaching experience can include youth sports coach, fitness instructors, camp counseling, and more. Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000/year Benefits: Health insurance and 401K
