    Our Mission

    To deliver the most comprehensive assisted stretching program in the world! To open Stretch Zone® branded studios equipped with state of the art (patent-pending) stretching equipment where people habitually go to get professionally stretched near their homes or workplace.

    Compensation

    $45,000 to $75,000 Annually

    *Includes base salary plus commission

    The General Manager is our team and business leader, responsible for fostering an environment that inspires and motivates those they serve. In this role the GM will lead and supervise with integrity, humility, and consistency, modeling the behavior expected from others.

    The General Manager is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of the studio. The GM orchestrates the delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, customer satisfaction, and performance relative to studio objectives. The GM executes the implementation strategy and ongoing management of companywide standards for key operational activities, programs, and goals. The GM regularly communicates with the owner as scheduled and when necessary. The GM provides leadership, direction, and support to all direct reports. They will protect the integrity of the Stretch Zone® brand by ensuring every studio member receives the highest quality service and experience at all times.

This candidate is motivated and skilled at achieving financial targets, meeting operational budget goals, implementing company policy, and coaching and supervising team members.     *Note that this role will be required to spend two weeks of training in Fort Lauderdale Florida prior to opening.

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

    Requirements

    College degree preferred

    Three-four years management experience required

    Health, Wellness and Fitness industry management experience preferred

    Duties & Responsibilities

    Sales & Revenue Management

    Manage store revenue

    Implement and support company sales programs to generate new sales

    Monitor daily sales activities

    Achieve required weekly appointment goals

    Achieve required lead goals for the week

    Ensure proper capturing and reporting of sales and operations data

    Maximize member retention

    Build relationships with members to support retention

    Administration & Operations

    Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management

    Successfully resolve customer service challenges

    Communicate and implement policies and procedures to team members

    Ensure quality and timely execution of required role responsibilities

    Staff planning and schedule management

    Ensure team members are knowledgeable about services and programs available to members and prospective members

    Support personnel-related problems or difficulties by following studio procedures and required documentation

    Hold regular team meetings to communicate progress to goals

    Communicate effectively by holding individual meetings with all studio team members

    Provide an inspirational environment that welcomes honest feedback from team members to ensure a quality, inclusive, diverse, and equitable working environment
