    Compensation

    $13 to $15 Hourly

    Job Description

    The Stretch Zone Receptionist/Scheduler plays a critical role in providing a first-class customer experience to our studio members, prospective members, and visitors. This role will serve as the company's " face " and is the first point of contact responsible for the first impression we make in our community.

    The ideal candidate will exude a friendly, energetic, and outgoing disposition, display an optimistic attitude, and genuinely enjoy working with people. This candidate can resolve customer complaints with poise, has excellent communication skills, and possesses a customer-centric mindset. If this sounds like you, we want you on our team!

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Greet members and users of the studio as they enter with exceptional customer service

    • Create an excellent first impression by providing a warm welcome, tidy appearance, and pleasant manner at all times

    • Assist customers with questions and provide information as requested

    • Answer the phone and oversee that stretch practioner schedules are full

    • Assist customers with booking appointments

    • Take payment for customer purchases

    • Confirm customer appointments for the following day

    • Ensure adequate stocks of supplies are available in restrooms and breakroom

    • Maintain a clean and tidy environment, both behind and in front of the reception desk, restrooms, and throughout the studio

    • Record and keep accurate records of all complaints, lost property, needed repairs, and notify the relevant team member to resolve

    • Undertake other duties, of a similar professional nature and commensurate with the role, at the request of the General Manager
