If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they will learn and test our modalities and operations. Qualifications
Background in Exercise Science, Sports Management, or related degree
Certification in personal training, massage therapy, pilates, or yoga
Basic sales skills
Great with people and ability to build rapport with clients
Leadership abilities
Self-motivated and disciplined
Shows up on time
Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus (not a requirement)
Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager:
Introduces potential prospects to our methods and presents them with a tailored program.
Assists clients with their program maintenance by providing them with weekly stretches.
Supports the work of the store General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, prospecting, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.
Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service, effective practitioner-assisted stretching techniques, and the creation of a long-term customer loyalty environment.
