    We are very pleased to announce the expansion and opening of additional studios in the Oklahoma City area. With scheduled openings in the first half of 2024, we are looking for the a General Manager for our new locations.

    Background and Company Profile:

    Founded by Jorden Gold, Stretch Zone delivers the most comprehensive practitioner-assisted stretching programs in a clean, comfortable studio setting. This next generation of stretching uses a patented stretch table design and a proprietary stretch methodology that leads to proven results and an exceptional client experience. The Stretch Zone franchise now has over 300 studios across the country. In Oklahoma, these new Stretch Zone studios join the already-open Stretch Zone studios at North Penn Plaza (across from the Penn Square Mall) and Chatenay Square (south OKC).

    Job Summary:

    The General Manager, Stretch Studio is responsible for the successful operations and financial accountability of all aspects of the Stretch Studio. You will be required to be trained and certified in the proprietary stretch methodology, as well as trained in all the operational procedures of the Stretch Studio.

    The Stretch Studio operates with a TEAM mentality. Everyone is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, keeping the Stretch Studio clean and tidy, maintaining client notes and backing each other up, if necessary.

    Essential Duties:

    Responsible for:

    · Delivering the overall Stretch Studio revenues and sales within targets determined by the Managing Member/Owner.

    · Implementing and supporting new sales programs and marketing campaigns as directed by Stretch Zone. Overseeing various marketing activities as directed by the Managing Member/Owner.

    · Managing the Stretch Studio team of Associates, which include Stretch Practitioners, and a virtualFront Desk Associate.

    · Hiring new team members as directed and approved by the Managing Member/Owner.

    · Coaching team members and giving on-going performance feedback in such a way that team members are fully engaged in their work.

    · Setting weekly schedules and monitoring staff attendance.

    · Ensuring that the team is delivering exceptional customer service to our clients, following up with clients on their feedback about the service, and developing a “customer-first” mentality in all Stretch Studio activities.

    · Conducting new client Stretch demos, as needed.

    · Participating in “awareness” events within the community to market the Stretch Zone methodology and our Stretch Studio.

    · Following and completing the “GM Daily Checklist” as amended from time to time.

    · Reporting the “Daily Production Sheet” to the Managing Member/ Owner.

    · Reviewing 30, 60 and 90-day reports to make sure clients are on-track for their specific program.

    The Person:

    Education & Experience:

    · Undergraduate bachelor’s or associate’s degree with preference for health & fitness or sales & marketing degrees.

    · Experience with overall sales and P&L of a business. Must be able to demonstrate a strong track record of overall sales and success meeting sales targets.

    · Background in delivering a health & wellness type service.

    Position-Specific Requirements:

    · You will be required to attend the 2-week General Manager training and pass all tests for certification. This includes a complete understanding of the proprietary stretch methodology allowing you to conduct a client stretch if needed as well as coach other team members on the proper delivery of the Stretch Zone method.

    Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

    · Demonstrated ability to follow sales scripts and to close sales.

    · Good communicator and team oriented. Client first mentality.

    · Strong management skills and a commitment to developing team members.

    · Understanding of human anatomy required. Prerequisite should include one of the following personal training certifcations: ACE, NASM, ACSM, or NSCA.

    Ability to learn studio operations software and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (word/excel)

    Compensation and Benefits:

    You will be paid an annual base salary. In addition, you will be eligible for the Company’s incentive program.

    Position is eligible for Paid Time Off subject to Company policy.
