RECRUITMENT PROFILE

We are very pleased to announce the opening of our third Stretch Zone at 309 South Bryant Ave, Edmond, OK. We are looking for multiple Stretch Practitioners to join our team. This location is owned and operated by Stretch OK, independent franchise owner.

Background and Company Profile:

Founded by Jorden Gold, Stretch Zone delivers the most comprehensive practitioner-assisted stretching programs in a clean, comfortable studio setting. This next generation of stretching uses a patented stretch table design and a proprietary stretch methodology that leads to proven results and an exceptional client experience.

Job Summary:

The Stretch Practitioner is responsible for delivering the propriety Stretch Zone assisted stretch. You will be part of a team of Stretch Practitioners that provide this service six days per week. You will be assigned specific hours in which you will be expected to provide stretches to clients covering a full-time work schedule (part-time schedules are also available).

You must be focused on exceptional customer service, maintain a highly professional appearance, and be passionate about helping clients improve their overall health and wellness.

The Studio operates with a TEAM mentality. Everyone is responsible for delivering exceptional client service, keeping the Stretch Studio clean and tidy, maintaining client notes and backing each other up, if necessary.

Essential Duties:

Responsible for:

· Delivering an awesome stretch focused on the client’s need.

· Understanding the client’s areas of concern and addressing these needs with specific stretches.

· Working with the General Manager, Stretch Studio to set targets for the number of stretches per week you deliver.

· Developing strong client relationships that result in a renewal rate agreed with the General Manager, Stretch Studio.

· Participating in “awareness” events within the community to market the Stretch Zone methodology and our Studio.

· Completing daily tasks as assigned by the General Manager, Stretch Studio that support the overall Stretch Studio operations or the Stretch Studio’s sales strategy.

The Person:

Education & Experience:

· Experience in health & wellness or fitness industry.

· Undergraduate degree related to exercise, health or fitness, a plus.

Prerequisite certifications: ACE, NASM, ACSM or NSCA.

Experience on team sports (and winning teams), a big plus.

Position-Specific Requirements:

· You will be required to attend a 1-week Stretch training program at the Stretch Studio. Following completion and passing the required tests, you will become certified in the Stretch Zone stretch methodology. This will enable you to be able to deliver the Stretch Zone proprietary stretching to clients. You will be paid your hourly rate during this training period.

· During the Studio opening week, you will be required to participate in various events designed to raise awareness of Stretch Zone benefits.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

· Ability to manage time efficiently. The stretch lasts 30 minutes and you must be able to keep to the clock when delivering the service.

· Good communicator and team oriented.

· Ability to remain on your feet most of the day.

· Understanding of human anatomy, a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:

You will be paid an hourly rate of pay. In addition, you will be eligible for the Company’s Stretch Incentive Program, which provides compensation for each stretch you deliver to a Stretch Studio client.

Position is eligible for Paid Time Off subject to Company policy.
