Employment Type: Assistant General Manager. We are seeking dynamic and energetic individuals that have experience with or an interest in working with the human body/physiological or exercise science and an interest or, preferably, experience in sales. If selected, all new hires must pass two weeks of training where they learn and test our modalities and operations. Our practitioner-led stretch protocols provide clients a comfortable, effective experience that boosts energy, enhances mental clarity, and improves overall wellness.

Responsibilities of an Assistant General Manager:

Develops business by Introducing potential clients to Stretch Zone methods and presents them with a stretch program suitable and tailored to their needs.

Serves the Stretch Zone client base with excellent customer service and individualized and effective practitioner-assisted stretching consistent with their program protocols.

Supports the work of the studio General Manager (GM) and follows GM's direction regarding goals, scheduling, administrative tasks, and delivery of an outstanding customer experience.

Assists the GM in establishing and driving studio culture.

Assists the GM in managing the studio staff.
