The Assistant Sales Manager is responsible for the successful operations and personal financial accountability of the store. The AM orchestrates delivery of superior customer service and hands on body work, achievement of employees, customer satisfaction and performance relative to club objectives. Fitness/Sports/Body Work background is REQUIRED.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

Sales Experience

Must attend our paid for National Accredited Stretch Practitioner Training (and pass)

Have working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies

Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management

Successfully resolve customer service challenges

Maximize member retention

Build relationships with customers for retention

Responsible for the weekend production of the store

Generating new leads for the store

Following up with all missed guest

Following up with all no shows

Required Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

Energetic, Body Knowledge (personal trainer, exercise science degree, etc..) Sales driven, forward thinking, and creative individual with high ethical standards and an appropriate PROFESSIONAL IMAGE.

Mon-Friday 7a to 7p

Sat/ Sun 9a-4p
