    Job Summary:

    Stretch Zone is the first and leading practitioner-assisted stretch franchise in the country, with more than 50 locations across the US.

    The Marketing Manager for Stretch Zone Franchising is responsible for managing consumer and franchise marketing initiatives that drive revenue growth for Stretch Zone and its stores nationwide, collaborating closely with the executive team, marketing vendors and franchise owners to achieve business objectives.

    An ideal candidate is someone with proven success within either a franchise model and/or multi-unit operations, and marketing expertise that includes local market strategies and project and vendor management. The ideal candidate embraces the role of wearing multiple hats, has strong communications skills, is a self-starter and prefers to work in a fast-paced, emerging organization.

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    Support Stretch Zone franchise sales marketing efforts, including lead generation, CRM support and presentations

    Ensure consistent style, branding, and standards are being met systemwide

    Manage local grand opening checklist for studio openings across the country

    Assist in corporate owned store marketing development and oversee marketing processes with franchisees, including in-store, email, social media and more.

    Ideate, develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns to support new store openings that will drive brand awareness and pre-opening customer demos. Efforts include: events, PR, paid media, partnerships, etc.

    Assess the effectiveness of Franchisee store marketing plans

    Partner closely with business development, franchise development, training, creative, vendors, media and agency partners, to reach business and marketing KPIs.

    Requirements:

    3-5 years’ experience in marketing, preferably for multi-unit or franchise operations

    Experience with project management, including managing agency and vendor relationships

    Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    Results and deadline driven

    Able to work independently and multi-task while being productive and timely

    Understanding of the wellness lifestyle brand landscape

    Experience with analytics and reporting

    Detailed and solutions oriented project management

    Able to work on multiple priorities and/or projects simultaneously

    Proactive, excellent communication skills

    BS or BA degree or equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform essential functions of the job
