The Assistant manager is responsible for the successful operations and personal financial accountability. The Assistant Studio Manager orchestrates delivery of superior customer service, achievement of employees, customer satisfaction and performance relative to club objectives. Another location will be opened in Fort Worth in early 2019 and the AM has the opportunity to advance to the General Manager of one of two locations. Two weeks of training is required.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Have working knowledge of all standard operating procedures and policies
Ensure implementation of standard policies and procedures for business and financial management
Successfully resolve customer service challenges
Maximize member retention
Build relationships with customers for retention
Responsible for the weekend production of the store
Generating new leads for the store
Following up with all missed guest
Following up with all no shows
5 appointments a day on the weekends
2 appointments a day on the weekdays
Requirements
Able to perform physically to provide our service to clients
Personal training, chiropractic, kinesthetic, or physical therapy experience
Energetic, forward thinking, and creative with high ethical standards and an appropriate professional image
Good communicator who can work directly with people of all ages and abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Passion for health and wellness
Willing and able to work weekends, some nights and some holidays

Hours
Saturday 9am to 6pm
Sunday 12pm to 5pm
3 weekdays - days and hours to be determined
Salary: $1500 monthly and 5% of the personal revenue paid semi-monthly plus profit-sharing bonus. Pay periods are 1st through the 15th paid on the 25th and 16th through the end of the month. Bonuses paid on the 25th of the next month.
