StretchLab Glenview is hiring an experienced Studio Sales Manager to join our growing team and be a part of the fastest growing Health & Wellness concept in the country. Looking for an experienced Sales Manager to maintain & grow the studio This individual must have a experience in membership sales, passion for health & fitness, and will oversee revenue production and operations of an established studio. This individual must have a fitness background in full cycle sales in a B2C environment and will be expected to “Lead From The Front” in producing sales. This role is 80% Sales and 20% operations.
Base Salary Range: $50,000 Monthly Bonus Based on Studio Performance
Compensation Range $50,000 - $65,000+ includes: Base Salary + Monthly Bonus + Complimentary StretchLab Membership + Paid Training + Paid Time Off + Health Insurance + 401 (k) + Paid Holidays

Job Summary

The Studio Manager will drive studio growth, membership sales, grass roots marketing & operations.
Required Qualifications and Skills
2+ years Fitness Management and Fitness Membership Sales experience
2+ years Face to Face Health, Wellness and Fitness Customer Service experience
Confident in Pre-Sale, Grass Roots Marketing, Lead Generating, converting, nurturing and retaining studio memberships
Ability to hire, train, coach and lead a team of 10-15 people
Ability to manage/drive revenue streams from memberships to retail sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, text and email
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional, punctual, reliable & neat
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with owners, co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers, social media and StretchLab studio software
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead follow up from Grassroots Marketing, Community Networking & Digital Advertising
Drive Membership sales, satisfaction and retention
Schedule/participate in presale pop-up events & studio promotions
Implement sales process and schedule prospects to Intro Stretch & membership conversion
Collect out-standing dues and resolve customer concerns
Manage, train & coach Sales Team and Stretch Team
Proficiency in revenue report, attendance reports, performance reports & scheduling
Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the studio
Provide studio tours and convert from intro stretch to memberships
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
Enforce StretchLab policies & procedures
Ensure all forms, admin supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
Participate in meetings & webinars with owners and StretchLab Corporate
Attend and complete three-day General Manager training in Irvine, CA
