This individual must have experience in membership sales, passion for health & fitness, and will assist General Manager oversee revenue production and operations of an established studio w 200 members.

Job Summary
Tremendous opportunity is available for a capable, skillful go-getter with proven fitness membership sales experience and people management. We're looking for someone who is driven as well as approachable. Who is task oriented and willing to be held accountable. Who will listen and can assist the General Manager in motivating a sales team. StretchLab is like no other health, wellness or fitness venue. It's personal and close knit. When members walk into the studio, they are happy to be there and want to feel better. The Assistant Manager will help General Manager drive studio growth, membership sales, grass roots marketing & management/operations.
Qualifications and Skills
1+ years Fitness or Wellness Membership Sales experience preferred
1+ years Face to Face Customer Service experience with Health, Wellness or Fitness preferred
Confident in Grass Roots Marketing, Lead Generating, converting, nurturing and retaining studio memberships
Ability to manage/drive revenue streams from memberships to retail sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in person, phone, text and email
Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to multitask, prioritize and meet deadlines
Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
Ability to work harmoniously with owners, co-workers, clients and the general public
Proficiency with computers, social media and StretchLab studio software
Responsibilities and Duties
Lead follow up from Grassroots Marketing, Community Networking & Digital Advertising
Drive Membership sales, satisfaction and retention
Schedule/participate in pop-up events & studio promotions
Implement sales process and schedule prospects to Intro Stretch & membership conversion
Collect out-standing dues and resolve customer concerns
Proficiency in revenue report, attendance reports, performance reports & scheduling
Responsible for providing the first positive impression of the studio
Provide studio tours and convert from intro stretch to memberships
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio
Enforce StretchLab policies & procedures
Ensure all forms, admin supplies and studio literature is stocked and visible
Participate in meetings & webinars with owners and StretchLab Corporate
