    POSITION:

    The Sales Associate will assist the General Manager with new membership sales by bringing new members to the studio and booking them into Demo Stretches and Intro Classes.  The Sales Associate also assists with retaining current members by ensuring each client receives an amazing experience at every appointment.  Additionally, the Sales Associate will work with the Owner and General Manager to focus on business development opportunities within the community to promote the studio and educate about the benefits of assisted stretching.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills required.
    • Ability to source business development opportunities to promote the studio.
    • Ability to educate about the benefits of assisted stretching.
    • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
    • Ability to develop trust and rapport with members, prospects, and community partners.
    • Knowledge of boutique fitness sales or background is preferred.
    • Goal-oriented and driven to meet and exceed monthly sales goals in memberships for one-on-one and group assisted stretch and studio retail.
    • Friendly, approachable, outgoing, and consistently positive.
    • Ability to learn and use the ClubReady software system.
    • Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours throughout the workday.
    • Must be fluent in English and have excellent communication skills via in person, phone, and email.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
    • Must have proficient computer skills.
    • Daily and/or occasional travel may be required.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Assist the General Manager with the sales process of lead generation, strong follow up, product presentation and securing membership sales.
    • Book and confirm demo and intro stretches.
    • Manage the front desk to greet and check-in clients and prospects when they enter the studio.
    • Conduct tours of the facility while establishing a relationship and targeting individual’s needs and wants.
    • Communicate to customers monthly specials and promotions occurring within the studio.
    • Maintain acceptable level of personal retail and membership sales production.
    • Emphasize and enforce objectives of the club as a wellness provider.
    • Present available services to current or prospective members.
    • Book quality appointments to achieve monthly sales quota and follow-up with leads and missed demo and intro stretches.
    • Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, and community and hospital events) to promote the studio.
    • Ensure studio is clean and tidy.
    • Other duties as assigned.
