    Job Description:

    As an Assistant Manager at StretchLab, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

    1. Customer Service:

    Greeting clients with a warm and friendly demeanor.

    Assisting clients with check-in and ensuring a smooth intake process.

    Addressing client inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and empathy.

    Maintaining a clean and organized front desk and studio environment.

    Scheduling and managing client appointments.

    1. Sales:

    Educating potential clients about the benefits of assisted stretching.

    Providing information about our services, pricing, and membership options.

    Conducting sales consultations and tours of our studio.

    Closing sales and meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.

    Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to drive client retention.

    1. Administrative:

    Handling phone and email inquiries.

    Managing client records and billing information accurately.

    Assisting with studio marketing initiatives and promotional events.

    Collaborating with the team to ensure the studio runs efficiently.

    Qualifications:

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

    Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for helping clients achieve their wellness goals.

    Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus.

    Fitness, wellness, or health industry experience is desirable but not required.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

    Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

    Enthusiasm for health and wellness.

    Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
