Job Description:
As a Hunter Sales Specialist at StretchLab, you will be responsible for:
Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Identify and target new business opportunities within the wellness industry.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
Sales Strategy Execution:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Tailor sales pitches to highlight StretchLab's unique offerings and benefits.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the StretchLab team to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Provide feedback from the field to support product development and marketing strategies.
Networking:
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to expand your professional network.
Represent StretchLab in a professional and positive manner.
Qualifications:
Proven Sales Experience: Minimum of 3 years of hunter sales experience, preferably in the wellness industry.
Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
Results-Driven: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Self-Motivated: High level of self-discipline, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM software.
Established network within the wellness industry.
