Job Type: Part-time (Friday-Monday)

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

Extend warm and professional greetings to members and guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.

Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy.

Address member inquiries, concerns, and discrepancies promptly and effectively.

Maintain accurate member records and accounts as needed.

Flexibility to work various shifts including opening, closing, and mid-day shifts.

Conduct tours for prospective guests, showcasing our facilities and services.

Deliver exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.

Engage in proactive outbound customer experience calls.

Collaborate with other departments to support various tasks and initiatives.

Qualifications:

Availability for morning and evening shifts.

Passion for health, fitness, and sports is preferred.

Must possess a friendly, vibrant, and outgoing demeanor.

High school diploma/GED or equivalent work experience, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Reliable, professional, computer literate, and energetic.

Strong communication skills, both in-person and through electronic channels.
