    StretchLab Venice Beach is seeking an experienced Administrative Sales Assistant to oversee sales and assist the general manager with operations for our studio. StretchLab was founded in 2015.     Job Summary

    We are seeking a professional and responsible Administrative Sales Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Sales Assistant you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates efficiently and follows all company guidelines and procedures. You will assist the General Manager with training and managing employees and foster a positive work environment. The ideal candidate has fantastic people skills and a passion for customer service.     Responsibilities

    Reports directly to the General Manger

    Lead generation including Grass Roots Marketing and Networking

    Implement sales process to schedule prospects into Intro class

    Drive Membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts

    Directly coordinate with all vendors, ensuring that studio retail/products are stocked with accurate inventory counts

    Proficiency in ClubReady, to include revenue reports, attendance reports, etc.

    Independently make decisions related to high level customer service

    Collect out-standing dues

    Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio

    Ensure all forms, administrative supplies, and studio literature is stocked and visible

    Schedule and participate in networking/community events and studio promotions

    Strategically manage marketing campaigns to generate leads for the studio

    Comply with all operating standards and procedures pertaining to the daily operation and management of the studio

    Greet customers and members warmly and develop rapport to encourage repeat business

    Assist the Manager with hiring, training, and monitoring employee performance

    Foster a positive work environment

    Any other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    High school diploma or GED required. Advanced education a plus

    1+ years retail management/sales experience is preferred

    Excellent team building and leadership skills

    Strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.

    Confident in generating personal sales and training Sales Reps in sales

    Ability to manage and drive all revenue streams from membership sales to retail

    Excellent communication skills including fluency in English, writing, and grammar skills.

    Ability to work independently and collaborate with General Manager

    Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

    Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

    Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.

    An affinity and passion for fitness.

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

    Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.

    Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.
