The Sales Operations Data Analyst supports and contributes to business development projects and processes to provide data-driven insights related to business performance used to advise and develop strategies for operational improvements and future business development initiatives. Uses statistical methods, modeling, analytical methodologies, and data analysis to develop and deploy tools including dashboards, infographics, reports, and models to inform and support decision-making. Mines, processes, and analyzes internal and external data using KPI’s, sales results, industry sources, competitor intelligence, and client information. Develops a good understanding of the business’s model, objectives, issues, and challenges by interacting and collaborating with business development team. Works on projects/matters of a limited complexity in a support role.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, statistics, quantitative, or related field.
• 1-2 years relevant experience preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in integrated business management and CRM software.
• Ability to independently manage multiple priorities in an efficient and effective manner.
• Excellent communication skills, especially written.
• Denver, CO or Irvine, CA based preferred.

The hourly base salary range for this role is currently $21 – 26.50. The Company’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, location and alignment with market data. Individual pay is determined through interviews and an assessment of various factors, including job-related skills, relevant education and experience, abilities of the applicant and equity with other team members. The base salary range listed here is subject to change at any time, in the Company’s discretion, and does not alter in any way the at-will nature of the employment relationship.
