Position Overview:

Are you someone who enjoys working outside and not being stuck in an office on a computer? If so, we have a great, seasonal opportunity for you at Lansing Lawn & Snow. Come join our team so you can work outside and learn the snow removal business under our trained professionals, while also making quality money.

Responsibilities:

Snow removal using company owned equipment (snow blower, shovel, plow truck, tractor)

Spreading salt using company owned equipment (salt truck with spreader, walk behind spreader)

Be responsible for inspecting all aspects of work performed to insure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Routinely complete all required paperwork and/or data entry on a daily basis and comply with company policies and procedures.

As a Crew Member, you will receive:

Hourly Pay

Company provided training

W2 Employee

Requirements:

Valid Driver's License

Reliable transportation and attendance

Ability to be on call for winter storms - late at night or early morning hours

Experience and capability with operating required equipment and tools

Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team

Ability to work in various weather conditions (rain, snow, wind), carry out strenuous physical tasks through the workday, and lift up to 50lbs without restrictions.
