    As one of the largest vape distributors on the east coast, we not only maintain the top juices and hardware on the market, but we also continually strive for top notch Customer Service. Formed in 2013 and based in Savannah, GA, we pride ourselves on being a small, tight-knit company with room to add more.

    Our company is looking for an experienced Purchaser to make informed buying decisions for the company. Knowledge of the vape and CBD industry, excellent organizational skills, and a keen command of negotiation strategies are important qualifications for this position. The ideal candidate for this position is reliable, analytical, and is committed to consistently improving the company’s bottom line.

    Purchaser Duties and Responsibilities

    • Develop purchasing strategies and identify buying trends to keep the business profitable
    • Conduct self-guided research to become familiar with what products are available as well as their costs and benefits
    • Search available products to find the best combination of quality, price, and delivery
    • Negotiate policies and contracts with various suppliers
    • Manage deliveries to confirm compliance with contracts
    • Monitor stock levels and verify purchase requisitions
    • Identify damaged or defective goods and work out an alternative solution with the supplier
    • Keep detailed records and prepare and submit necessary reports
    • Maintain professional relationships with all key suppliers
    • Assist Marketing, Accounting, and Customer Service operations by answering questions
    • Special Projects as needed
    • Manage and provide oversight of an analyst to help in these tasks

    Purchaser Requirements and Qualifications

    • Extensive knowledge of Vape and CBD products
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
    • Analytical and mathematical capabilities to compare prices and quantities and consider vendor contract terms
    • Ability to evaluate market conditions and various suppliers
    • Keen eye for detail
    • Willingness to make quick and thoughtful decisions on behalf of the business
    • Effective relationship building skills
    • Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, supply chain management, or a related field Preferred
    • 2+ years of experience in a purchasing role
    • SAP experience a plus
    • Must pass a background check
    • Excel Knowledge

    POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK: This is a full-time position.  Monday - Friday 10 AM – 6 PM
