In this role, you’ll manage every step of the customer’s journey from start to finish, upholding the high standards we've established and are known for in the communities we serve. More specifically, you will inspect homes and commercial spaces to identify pest issues, determine the least invasive solution, create a plan of action and communicate it to the customer, perform treatments using the chemicals you mix, answer questions and address concerns, offer pest prevention suggestions, complete paperwork and follow up with the customer after the service to check-in. Additionally, while sales aren’t required in this position, you will have the opportunity to sell services and you can earn a generous commission on any new business you bring in. Pretty cool, right?
