Position: Ambassador and Partnership Development Location: Rapid City, SD

Now imagine a nation where every child is taught in school, along with reading, writing, and arithmetic, how to ride a bike. All Kids Bike® is a national movement led by the Strider® Education Foundation to place Kindergarten PE Learn-To-Ride Programs into public schools for free, using donations from individuals, businesses, and organizations. Strider Sports International, Inc, is the South Dakota-based company behind the industry leading, Strider Balance Bike for toddlers and children. This position is located with the Strider World Headquarters in the department that supports All Kids Bike, the campaign lead by the nonprofit Strider Education Foundation. The Ambassador and Partnership Development role is a tremendously important part of the ongoing funding for schools to gain the Kindergarten PE Program. This person must be comfortable initiating phone conversations, email, social media conversations and be comfortable assisting a broad range of athletes and influencers in fundraising efforts. A willingness to perform various additional functions and to provide support for the team and mission is critical. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling multiple tasks with competing priorities under minimal supervision. Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills are necessary. *Possess a knowledge of Strider products and the learn to ride process, and the All Kids Bike campaign •Have 2 or more years of experience in sales, relationship management, or PR •Be motivated and results driven Functions and Qualifications: •Serve as a brand ambassador for Strider products, the learn to ride processes and the All Kids Bikecampaign •Have a proven history of successful relationship management, ideally in a nonprofit environment•Highly proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook)•Self-confident, self-directed, forward thinking and detail oriented•Be a willing learner with a flexible and adaptable attitude•Confident in making phone calls or contacting our committed ambassadors and helping them buildtheir ambassador profile, post on social media about All Kids Bike, assist with their fundraisingcampaigns, and promote media events while visiting the schools•Ability to effectively communicate with our team, educators, prospects, media, and others with apositive and enthusiastic manner•Fielding all in bound emails and phone calls inquiring about our education programs • Working with brand ambassadors and organizations to successfully promote All Kids Bike • Attention to detail and ability to multitask a variety of outgoing and incoming directives • Comfortable and efficient with computers and electronic communication including email and logging correspondence in CRM • Enthusiastically build relationships in a variety of channels such as motorcycle, bicycle, various athletes, educators and business leaders • Facilitate logistics of media opportunities for the ambassadors and the schools they fund Beneficial Qualifications: • Thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Being committed to an active lifestyle and exercise • Enthusiastic and positive attitude Physical Demands: • Able to lift, carry, and move items up to 30 lbs. • Able to sit or stand for extended periods of time using a phone, computer keyboard and monitor • Able to travel freely throughout the US and willing to assist with some after hour/weekend events Location and hours: • This position is located in Rapid City, SD • Regular office hours are Mon-Thursday 8am to 5pm and Friday 8am to 12pm Pay: • Pay will range from 38,000 to 64,000 depending on experience • This is a full time, exempt position and qualifies for a full benefits package that includes paid time off, a 401K plan, health insurance and an extensive list of perks.
