Strike Acceptance is based in Southern California and we focus on helping residents of our community secure auto financing through our network of approved dealers. We understand that good people can experience financial challenges and therefore we base our decisions on a common sense approach and consider all relevant factors that impact an applicant. In doing so, we take great pride in helping our customers establish or rebuild their credit profiles.

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Awesome opportunity if you have a passion for customer service and the details! Strike Acceptance is currently growing our team of Loan Processors/Funders at our Corporate office here in Laguna Hills and we're on the hunt for team members that share our values of integrity, communication and performance. We would love someone from the auto or consumer finance industry that thrives in a fast paced team orientated environment. If we had to sum up the opportunity in a very long sentence it would be; reviewing auto finance contracts to ensure they’re complete and compliant, while providing awesome customer service to our dealer partners and sales team members.

WHAT YOU'RE DOING

• Reviewing loan documentation to ensure that all of the “I’s” are dotted and “t’s” are crossed.
• Providing awesome customer service to Area Sales Managers and Dealers when updating them on the status of their funding packages.
• Conducting third-party verifications to validate required information.
• After completing contract reviews and verifications, letting us know if anything looks out of the norm on the loan package (red flag alerts are a big part of the job).

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• A minimum of 2-3 years of loan processing, funding or customer service experience within the auto finance industry or consumer finance industries, with a demonstrated commitment to providing awesome customer service.
• Ability to multi-task and proven track record of working independently and maintaining productivity goals.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred.
• Ability to effectively handle difficult client issues.
