About the Internship
Are you looking for real-world experience at one of the fastest-growing digital marketing agencies in California?
Does the thought of becoming an all-in-one swiss-army knife digital marketer... who does it all from strategy, to ad creation, to PPC, to reporting excite you?
If so, then this internship program is for you. In this program, you'll be exposed to a variety of clients, campaigns, and projects across different marketing verticals. Throughout this experience, you'll work closely with our direct response digital marketing team and learn how to execute digital marketing strategies that impact bottom-line revenue for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for digital marketing and execution, the hunger to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment, an eye for detail, and the ability to build great personal and professional relationships.
WHY WE WANT YOU
We're looking for young and hungry marketers ready to learn and help us keep pace delivering and optimizing campaigns for our clients.
WHY YOU WANT STRIKEPOINT
There is no better way to learn marketing than hands-on, daily experience with campaigns and funnels. You will get more out of the daily operations here than you would in the majority of traditional textbook education. We're not handing out definitions to be memorized… you're going to be helping us on the ground floor of these projects.
Get experience, get credits, and learn how to become a Digital Marketer.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Social Media
Because we are digitally focused, a lot of the interaction with our audiences takes place in the form of Social Media engagement.
Because of the transparency and overall credibility that a social page can reflect on a company, it is important to maintain a positive, interactive, and responsive environment on these pages.
You will assist our team in maintaining this environment by:
Landing Page Building
We design, build and optimize landing pages for our clients to help drive more leads and revenue for the various different marketing campaigns we have running.
These pages can range in purpose; whether it be for general lead generation, or long-form sales pages, or appointment scheduling, we use landing pages as a means of moving people through our marketing funnels.
You will learn (1) how to build a landing page, (2) how to implement the basic design principles we use to increase conversions, and (3) how to set up actionable A/B tests on pages to optimize traffic.

Design
We design the majority of the creative assets used in our funnels in-house.
If you have an inclination for digital design, you may be asked to design certain assets for the campaign you are working on.

Ad Campaign Setup
In addition to building out ad campaigns, our company also runs traffic to said campaigns across multiple digital mediums, including Facebook, AdWords, Push, email, etc.
If you have an interest or experience in programmatic media buying, you may be asked to assist in the building and optimizing of one of these campaigns for the marketing campaign being rolled out.

Copywriting Assistance
At times, you may be asked to help support our marketing team with written content that aims to persuade potential customers to take a particular action such as download a guide or purchase a product. You will get to help research ideas for our primary copywriter and help write persuasive copy for websites, digital ads, radio ads, print ads, social media posts, and other marketing communications channels as well.
EXPECTATIONS
The Marketing Intern will assist Coordinators and Specialists in the building, optimization, and reporting of marketing campaigns while learning the ins and outs of digital marketing from hands-on, daily activities.
The internship requires 10-15 hours per week for 8-10 weeks. Daily schedules will be arranged around both parties' availability throughout the duration of the program.
The Marketing Intern will be expected to begin work on time, with a positive attitude, and ready to grind during said schedule.
