Strikepoint Media is looking to partner with a dynamic video podcast host for a project we're developing with one of our most important clients.

Are you passionate about video podcasting and the art of interviewing subject-matter experts on-air?  Then you might be exactly what we're looking for. 

As our in-house video Podcaster, you'll be the host and content planner for a pilot project we're doing with one of our clients in the trading and investing niche.  If the show proves to be a success, there is a lot more opportunity for additional work with more of our clients.  

Our client is a company that provides educational products and services for those wanting to learn trading and investing.  

The primary focus of this podcast will be interviewing one or more of their expert traders with the aim of engaging an audience interested in trading and investing.  

All podcasts will be video as well as audio.

Initially, this will be a test contract, with the possibility of steady work for a growing number of podcasts down the road.  

As a Podcaster, you will be responsible for:

• Planning and preparing episode topics and interview questions 
• Hosting the episode with the guest expert

(We'll have someone else take care of diluting, editing, uploading, and setup. Also, client communication, scheduling, and coordination will be handled by our team.  You focus on the creative stuff!).

Most episodes will be interview-based where you will interview a subject-matter expert, often the client or someone on their team.

All podcasts will be finance-focused, with an emphasis on the trading and investing niche.  You should be comfortable with diving into topics and subject matter that may be unfamiliar to you, but you can do light research to confidently host an on-air interview with a subject-matter expert.  By the way, in your application, please tell us the name of your favorite podcast!

If you have any experience with these areas, it's a plus:

• Entrepreneurship

You must own your own proper equipment/recording environment:

• High-quality microphone
• High-quality webcam for videos 
• Computer with a stable internet connection 
• Clean and distraction-free space to record on-air episodes

You must be based in the United States and available during weekday business hours.
