    Our company is currently looking for a Assistant Property Manager to work in Atlanta, GA.     What you will be doing:

    · Assists with marketing and advertising strategies.

    · Implements lease renewals and weekly leasing reports.

    · Generates and maintains a summary of occupancy trends.

    · Maintains positive relationships with residents to increase retention and satisfaction.

    · Manages and enhances resident retention programs.

    · Handles resident relation issues, requests, and concerns effectively.

    · Inspects properties for policy violations, repairs, and general landscaping.

    · Manages rent collection, rent postings, and late notice warnings.

    · Assists with move-out notices, service requests, and resident transfers.

    · Provides regular updates to the Property Manager regarding properties.

    · Coordinates and delegates property responsibilities to team members.

    · Acts as a primary contact for residents.

    · Assists the Property Manager with daily and property operations.

    · Assists with the proper execution of all steps of the leasing process.

    What you will need:

    · A minimum of 1 year property or leasing experience.

    · High school diploma or equivalent required.

    · Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred.

    · Experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).

    · Possesses strong interpersonal and communication skills.

    · Excellent leadership skills.

    · Ability to motivate and support team on all projects.

    · Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

    · Excellent time management and organizational skills.

    · Capable of multi-tasking and being detail oriented.

    · Must be able to work for extended periods of time.
